Where are the settings?

On the home screen, press and hold the little door in the bottom-right corner for a couple of seconds, then answer the sum. That opens the grown-ups area, where you'll find the sound settings, the counting voice, the silly noises switch, unlocking and resetting progress.

How does the unlock work?

Each game has some free levels. Unlocking the rest is a one-off payment, not a subscription, and Family Sharing means everyone in your family gets it. Kids never see a payment screen. Locked levels just show a padlock.

I paid but it's locked again

Open the grown-ups area and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.

There's no sound

Check the volume first, then make sure Sound effects is on in the grown-ups area. If the voice reads too much or too little, you can switch the counting voice off there too.

Can I turn off the toots?

Yes. Switch off Silly noises in the grown-ups area and Gus says "boing" instead.
